This is a Question on accountability of funds disbursed to schools throughout the country; it is fair that a detailed response is given of the exact manner in which the money was spent. I just arrived this morning from official duty in Mbarara, Uganda. I also got the same money. I beg the indulgence of the House that I take it upon myself to order for a proper review of the Question so that we get a detailed answer. I sympathise with the situation."
