    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we are operating under very difficult circumstances. The issue of children going to school being compulsory, really, is true, despite the limited resources with which we have to operate. It is up to all of us to ensure that we support this Government's directive by co-sharing with it and communities, to ensure that we put up facilities, in addition to what the Government is putting in by way of support for infrastructural development. Next year, there will be some money for infrastructural development. Some of the problems that we have to deal with, with regard to limited classrooms, especially in the most remote parts of this country, will hopefully be addressed."
