    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the horticultural industry in this country has been affected by export regulations especially in the area of chemical residues. Their residues are found sometimes to be on the higher side than the dose that is expected in the countries where it is exported to. Has the Minister looked into this area so that he can tell us whether there is any regulation in the importation of the various chemicals that are found in the market here that horticultural farmers are using and are causing them problems? Their goods are found to be sub-standard because of the residues in them."
