    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to start by saying that Lipton is Unilever. As an ex-employee of Unilever, I would like to ask the Minister whether he is aware that by bestowing on Lipton tea this special status, he is virtually handing over monopoly status to Unilever in the tea industry? Without Kenyan tea, nobody else can sell tea in the world market, because it is only our tea which is used to blend and enhance the quality of tea from elsewhere. Given the special situation in which we are, could the Minister, seriously, consider revoking this agreement in order to give back to Kenya its competitive advantage in the world market?"
