"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think this is an issue that needs a lot discussion. The knowledge I have as far as blending of tea is concerned, it is just to attain a certain taste. However, it is in no way going to confer any special quality to other teas. This, therefore, means, as far as we are concerned, the only way we can capture that market niche is for us to be able to control the way we market our tea. However, as long as we are allowing our tea to be bought by anybody at the auction, without configuring an arrangement with the buyers, it will not be possible for us to have control over what happens to our tea beyond the auction."
