However, all around the country in the little markets, somebody can bring their mboga or maize, however little, but the standard charge is the same. Sometimes they are charged more than they can make from what they are trying to sell. Could the Minister just get into this and give a general policy? This is the only way--- The local councils are fleecing our citizens!"
