    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Chair has ruled that moving the amendment will negate the spirit of the Motion. I do not think it will serve any further useful purpose for us to discuss the amendment. The Minister should not even try to justify the amendment because we completely concur with your ruling. I think it will take a lot of our time to try and force an amendment which will negate the substance of the Motion."
