    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am more than grateful for the answer given by the Minister. I wish to add that I was given a similar answer way back in 2004. I was told then that the bridge would be completed by July, 2004. This Minister was my boss and he is an honest and reliable person. When this bridge is completed, the approach from Tana River is normally the area where it floods. It will be a useless bridge without that approach. What does the Ministry intend to do about it?"
