    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first I must apologise to the people who have been using this bridge and who have been inconvenienced for a long time. The hon. Member is right regarding the extensions that have been given in the past. There have been many promises and the last extension which was done last year, was the fifth one. There have been a lot of problems, but this time I would like to ask the hon. Member to raise the issue in this House if the bridge is not completed by July, so that I can respond to it. I am sure this will be done before then."
