    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, most bridge projects in this country are in bad shape and most of them take quite a long time to implement. There is a new technology of bailey bridges where the fabrication takes a short time. There is no issue of curing and it costs about half the amount we spend on normal bridges.
