    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I just mentioned that the amount of money being given to this Ministry is hardly enough to pay allowances to Land Dispute Tribunal members and Land Control Board members. I want to give an example of Makueni where we allocated Kshs320,000 which is almost one-third of what was required. At the moment we have about Kshs3 million in arrears in Makueni. I want to promise the House that we will try to talk to the Treasury to get some extra funding so that we can pay the allowances to these members."
