    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Assistant Minister for the answer that he has given. However, what I wanted to know is exactly how the funds were spent. What he has given, in his written answer, are general figures. I wanted a breakdown of the projects undertaken and how much each of them has cost. I also wanted a breakdown of how much money was generated in each financial year, instead of a general figure since 2003. Is the Ministry satisfied that these funds were properly utilised?"
