    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the last part of the Minister's answer is quite inappropriate. I am particularly concerned about Kenyans. Several Kenyans lost their lives and some got injured. The Government cannot claim that the USA, being a sovereign state, cannot give us information regarding the compensation that was given for the Kenyans who died and those who were injured. I think the Government is in a position to find out how much was given to the families that were affected; whether their people died or were injured, and compare that with the average life insurance covers in this country.
