The next of kin, Ms. Eunice Kalekye, submitted all the documents in August 2003. Up to date, which is four years down the line, the late Senior Chief's benefits have not been paid. Could the Assistant Minister tell us exactly what documents were supposed to be submitted and which ones were not submitted to necessitate this inordinate delay?"
