It is not the duty of Members of Parliament to advise people to go to labour officers. Once I do that, could the Assistant Minister undertake to make sure that Dolphin Bus Services pays Mr. John Rajuaji Nyosiro his dues which is really a simple thing that should not even be a subject of debate?"
