"content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move the following Motion:- April 26, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 1013 THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Defence and Foreign Relations on the fact finding visit to the Kingdom of Spain to inspect the Oceanographic Survey Vessel laid on the Table of the House on November 1, 2006. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, this matter is very important for this nation, and particularly, this House. As contained in the Report, the Committee was established and mandated by Standing Order No.151 to oversee the Ministry of State for Defence, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of East African Community."
