If you divide that by three, it is about Kshs12 million per year for water in Ijara Constituency, which covers about 13,000 square kilometres, has over 100,000 people, and has no permanent water source. It is just too little. What will the Mr. Assistant Minister do to change this habit of allocating too little resources to places which have severe water problems?"
