    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you take a look at the list of names that will be tabled, you will find that there are some names that look slightly suspicious. In other words, these are not names that we normally find among ordinary Kenyans. Also, there are some names of people who have been out of Kenya for a long time and they may have changed citizenship. Could the Minister check with the Ministry of State for Immigration and Registration of Persons whether these persons are still Kenyan citizens and whether they still hold Kenyan passports? If they do not, the United Nations should be informed and real Kenyans should be given those jobs."
