    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the reason why we ask Questions here is to ensure April 25, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 891 that issues are addressed. So, if the Minister says that it is the teacher who should produce the letter of dismissal and yet it should come from the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), it is for the Chair to give guidance so that we can resolve this matter. Could the Minister bring the file here so that we determine whether this teacher was dismissed or not? Otherwise, we shall just be asking Questions for no reason."
