    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the comments made by the hon. Member. However, that is a short-term measure. The long-term measure, as I said earlier, is to expand the system to cope with the demand. The existing system was meant to serve 40,000 people and yet the population in Mumias Town is now over 100,000 people. To be able to cope with this large number of people, we need to expand the whole system and that requires money. That is why we are looking for donors to come in so that they can partner with the Ministry of Water and Irrigation in this expansion of water supply to 15 towns."
