    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not aware of the supposed selective issuance of identity cards in certain areas in the country. As a Ministry, we have disbursed Kshs200,000 to every district registration officer to facilitate the issuance of identity cards through mobile registration. In any event, if there is any registration officer from any part of this country who is not going by this policy, then we wish to be informed and necessary action will be taken by the Minister."
