    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, the establishment of teachers in our schools is in an extremely deplorable state. Today, we have classes with up to 100 students. We have read in the newspapers that teachers will be recruited. Could the Assistant Minister use this chance to tell the House when he will employ more teachers? How many teachers does the Ministry intend to employ? What is the Government's long-term plan to ensure that we get quality education as opposed to \"quantity\" education that we are getting now?"
