These factories are being constructed at Lorok and Kobel in order to rectify the situation. (c) Under the Agency arrangement between the KTDA and the farmers, the Minister for Agriculture, it was stated, should not interfere with the operations because they are paid on mutual management agreements. Issues of loss can be best addressed internally by the concerned factory."
