    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am a bit disappointed with the answer from my good friend, Dr. Machage, who I thought, having visited this particular area, would look at this request a little bit more favourably. Nevertheless, this particular problem is not confined to Hamisi Constituency. I know that many hon. Members, through CDF, have put up health facilities and are all waiting for the Ministry to send staff and equipment to these particular facilities. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, personally, through CDF, we are putting up six health facilities, out of which three are ready. Only one of the health facilities has received personnel and equipment from the Ministry. What comprehensive plan does the Ministry have towards these facilities that we are putting up using the CDF money?"
