    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that there is under-staffing in quite a few health facilities in the country. However, the Ministry has taken this matter up and in the last four months, we have employed up to about 3,000 nurses and we are in the process of employing even more. When funds are available in the new financial year, we will be able to cater for these facilities. We know that we have a deficiency of nearly 10,000 workers so far, but we need funds, which this House will approve very soon so that we can employ more workers.
