That is a very sad answer, especially considering that it is from a professor in charge of the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources! He should be aware that snow on Mt. Elgon, Mt. Kenya and Mt. Kilimanjaro has all disappeared and that, the lakes in the Rift Valley are all drying up. Would I be in order to ask the Minister to bring a fitting answer to this House?"
