    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I may be a professor of law, but I am not God. So, when the hon. Member tells me about the things happening as a result of climate change and the way we do things against the environment, this House requires to help our country mainstream environmental issues. The environment is just an issue like HIV/AIDS, the youth and gender. This is a collective effort. It is not something you can say one Ministry or a few people are responsible for. However, within the Ministry, we are trying what is possible to mainstream the issue of climate change."
