    "content": "asked the Minister of State For Defence the following Question:- (a) whether he is aware that Mr. Kivuthu Kyule Uvatha, Force/Pension No.DPN/P 13829, ID No.3549915, who retired from the Kings African Rifles in 1954, on medical grounds, has not been paid pension from 1998 to date; (b) whether he is further aware that the said Mr. Uvatha, who is 79 years old, is now stressed as a result; and, (c) what he is doing to ensure that Mr. Uvatha receives his pension which is in arrears of over seven years."
