    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. April 24, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 835 (a) I am aware that Mr. Kivuthu Kyule Uvatha was retired on medical grounds. I am also aware that his pension, known as Cost of Living Allowance, was processed and made payable through the Office of the District Commissioner, Machakos. (b) I am not aware. (c) In 2001, Mr. Uvatha's pension was returned unclaimed to the Department of Pensions, Ministry of Finance, because he could not be traced. If Mr. Uvutha has resurfaced, his pension is still available. He should fill pay point forms at the Pensions Department for the resumption of payment of his pension benefits."
