They also have a patron by the name Mr. Dalmas Otieno, who actually initiated the project. The ownership of this project is in the hands of a few people. Since they registered the building as a limited company, the Ministry cannot sue them, but they can be sued by the women groups. It is clear that members of the 318 women groups are not benefiting. It is only a few people who are benefiting."
