For the last 15 years, those very poor peasant and hard-working women, who contributed 838 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES April 24, 2007 colossal amounts of money as an investment, have not been paid a cent. You have also heard the Assistant Minister say that she can do nothing about it. Could she tell the House what action - because I believe that there is some action that can be taken - she is going to take to ensure that those humble women are not defrauded of their property by this \"super-structure\" called a private company, and ensure that the house is properly registered in their names, instead of leaving them at the mercy of court arbitration or litigation, as she said?"
