    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to bring to the attention of the Assistant Minister the fact that Longisa District Hospital has a bed capacity of 144. Last year, a total of 4,549 patients were admitted to that hospital. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, in his reply to part (a) of the Question, the Assistant Minister says that Longisa District Hospital has a functional kitchen. You have said often that we should take seriously the Questions that we ask in this House. I took it upon myself to show him what he exactly means by a \"functional kitchen\". I went to the hospital and took a picture of the facility. I want to table this picture, to show him exactly the \"functional kitchen\" he is talking about. This is a hospital with a bed capacity of 144 beds, to which 4,549 patients were admitted last year."
