    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- (a) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs13,349,636,120 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2007, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2006/07 Financial Year (Recurrent) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs6,190,662,070 therein appearing. (b) THAT, a sum not exceeding Kshs15,565,597,574 be granted from the Consolidated Fund to meet expenditure during the year ending 30th June, 2007, in respect of Supplementary Estimates of 2006/07 Financial Year (Development) having regard to the proposed reduction of Kshs3,240,846,105 therein appearing.
