I would like to propose to the Clerk that a copy of what has gone on this afternoon be presented before the House Business Committee so that hon. Members can look at all that. This is because I cannot specifically answer some of these things, but one thing is clear in my mind; that we have to abide by the provisions of Standing Order Nos.175 and 198 and all the other Standing Orders of this House. Should it become necessary to disband this Committee, that will have to be a decision of the House."
