To make free primary education meaningful, we need to hire more teachers, and send them to schools. You can go to a school with three streams in each class from Class I to Class VIII and find seven or eight teachers. Most of the time the children, who go to school to benefit from free primary education, end up playing and going back home without receiving meaningful teaching.
