    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first I want to appreciate the fact that the hon. Member, in his honesty, thinks that I am a lawyer, of which I am not. Nonetheless, I have already answered the question he has asked. Indeed, there was impropriety among the officers of Nzoia Sugar Company and we have taken the necessary action to ensure that those officers are not only removed from the premises of the company, but they are properly investigated. Those who will be found to be responsible for the loss, will be taken to a court of law."
