    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I do not think the Minister is taking this matter with the seriousness it deserves. The level of efficiency at Nzoia Sugar Factory has gone so low. I recently stated that farmers and, generally, the community in Nzoia are so demoralised. So, there must be a serious problem. We are talking about 6,000 bags of sugar worth Kshs11 million. The Minister says that it is the policy of the company not to cross-check with the bank to confirm that the amount is there. Surely, is that the way we want to run the affairs of our companies?"
