    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the money required to remove this menace is a lot. There is also an ongoing research by the Kenya Agricultural Research Institute (KARI). It is looking into the possibility of importing other control agents to be released to the affected areas. I may not have the figures now, but what I am saying is that there is work in progress. We are working with the KARI. There is also the LVEMP Phase II, which will be implemented in the next few months."
