    "content": "I will try it, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, because it is a different Question. First, there were still very few services that the RTD was doing like transferring motor vehicles. These are the few people we are saying are going to be re-trained to alleviate the problem that is there right now. However, the majority of duties that the RTD was doing, was for renewal of road licence, which this House abolished. As to the question that Mr. Omondi has asked, I am not able to answer as to why many casuals, and especially women, are being employed. I am not aware!"
