He said:- “I am aware that the taskforce on devolved government is in the process of processing a draft Bill. I am however, not yet briefed of its contents.” So, if he is not briefed of its contents, on what basis are they working? If he is not briefed of the contents and they are not using the report of that taskforce to roll out, on what basis are they rolling out? That is the question."
