Is the Assistant Minister in order to mislead the House and the country that there is no law that requires such reports to be released, when we have on record the judgement of the court with regard to the Akiwumi Commission where the court ordered that, that Report be published and it was, subsequently, published? It was a ruling of the court and it is binding on this House."
