    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am addressing issues that came up during the time when this Question was asked. While I hold hon. Members in very high esteem, it is important for them to also acknowledge the fact that, the Government has an obligation to discharge its mandate responsibly. In doing so, some decisions taken may not be popular with certain people. But as long as the decision taken is for the common good of the people, such dissatisfaction will not deter the Government from discharging its duties."
