    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it is true that there could be a few problems here and there. But we are talking about creating 40 new districts, including the 25 that we want to legalise. That totals to 65 districts. The hon. Member is giving us examples of only two places, where we have problems. We will endeavour to sort out those problems. The creation of new districts is an answer to the wishes of the people and where there are problems, we will endeavour to solve them. That way, we will bring services closer to the people. That is their wish!"
