Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, Migori District, where Mr. Owino comes from, has a shortage of 1,122 teachers. How do we expect pupils from Migori District to pass their examinations when there are no teachers to teach them? Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, Nakuru District, where Mrs. Mugo comes from, has a shortage of 1,443 teachers yet she is an Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Education."
