I requested for a Ministerial Statement last week from the then acting Minister for Foreign Affairs regarding the Libyan investments in Kenya, and whether the Government had seized the properties as per the United Nations Security Council directive. That statement was due today, and I do not know whether the then acting Minister for Foreign Affairs has passed on the information to the new Minister on when I can expect this statement, which was due today."
