Is the Assistant Minister aware that the major reason why we are not admitting many grade C+ students is because we are not allowing students to be day scholars? Could the Ministry change the April 18, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 741 policy and facilitate those students who can get accommodation near the campuses to be day scholars?"
