    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. I am happy to take this opportunity to thank the Seconder, Mr. Oparanya, and Mr. Muturi for supporting this Bill. I am sure the reason why nobody else is willing to contribute to this Bill is because there is nothing left, other than its legislation. We do not need to repeat the obvious. It was so well done. I want to say that I am looking forward to the Committee Stage, when we will go through it clause by clause, and see whether there is anything that we need to put right. What are remaining are some typographical errors that I am sure this House will help us to correct. I have noted that in some sections of this Bill, the printer still made reference to \"he\", instead of \"he/she\". That is the gender language that this House wants. We will put that right. With those few remarks, I am delighted that this Bill has been read the Second Time."
