    "content": "This Motion could not have come at a better day than today. Today, you are aware that the International Criminal Court (ICC) is on live, I am told, all over the world, and Kenya is being watched from all over the world. Everybody watching that is wondering whether Kenya is a failed state. The reason why our colleagues are there is because everybody felt that the Judiciary in Kenya may not have dispensed justice. The justice that we need is eminent. I want to indicate here that by establishing this Board, we are moving in the right direction to assure the whole world that, as Kenyans, we can deal with our matters internally. Otherwise the perception created outside there is not the right one."
