    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, recently, we passed the Ethics and Anti- Corruption Commission Bill, which is now an Act of Parliament. I want to indicate here that if the Judiciary is vetted and vetted well to assure justice, and if the police will carry out reforms properly, I want to believe that at some stage, we may not require this other commission. All that we are doing is because the police have failed. So, I want to believe that we shall be able to save the costs we are incurring on the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission in the near future when we ensure that our courts are able to deliver justice."
