Cheboi is very pertinent because the Assistant Minister stood before this House and persistently insisted that hon. Kimunya was never a director of this company. Hon. Kimunya himself was seated there, very dignified and never uttered a word. He has never been involved in this type of debate in the House. Would I be in order to seek your indulgence for this Assistant Minister to apologize to the House and to the nation for this misconduct?"
